Admissions Process at King’s College UK, Gurugram

Step 1: Enquiry and School Tour

To begin, please complete the Enquiry Form on our website and arrange a school tour at your convenience. We strongly encourage an in-person visit to experience our campus firsthand. However, for families residing abroad or unable to visit, we offer the option of a virtual meeting.

Step 2: Registration

After touring the school and deciding that King’s College UK, Gurugram, is the right school for your child, you may proceed by completing the Registration Form, submitting the required documents, and paying the Registration Fee.

Step 3: Admission Form

Following the successful submission of the Registration Form, along with the required documents and payment of the Registration Fee, you will be invited to complete the Admission Form online.

Step 4: Assessment

Upon submission of the Admission Form, your child will be invited to attend an assessment at the school. The assessment will take place as follows:

  • Kindergarten to Class 4:Children will take part in a play-based interaction with the Primary Head, where their learning will be observed through educational games.
  • Class 5 and above:Students will complete a 45-minute written assessment in English and Mathematics, followed by a 30-minute meeting with the Headmaster.

Step 5: Final Decision

The school will evaluate the assessment, and you will be notified by email regarding your child’s admission outcome.

Step 6: Admission Offer

In case of a positive outcome, you will receive an Offer of Admission along with the Admission Acceptance Form, which must be signed and submitted to the school to accept the place and confirm your child’s enrolment.
