Refund Policy

All payments made through the payment gateway are subject to realization and confirmation by the bank/payment processor. In case of any excess payment, duplicate transaction, or eligible refund, the amount will be refunded only after verification and approval by the management. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7–14 working days. Transaction/convenience charges charged by the payment gateway or bank, if any, are non-refundable. The organization shall not be held responsible for any delay caused by banks or payment service providers during the refund process.
